Dr. Fatjona Kamberi in 2016 has completed her PhD in Nursing Science from University of Medicine in Tirana, Albania. She currently is the Vice Dean of Scientific Research at the Faculty of Health, University of Vlore "Ismail Qemali". She has published many articles in internationally-indexed scientific journals and has presented a series of papers on scientific activities both within the country and abroad. She is a member of the editorial board in many journals and international committee conferences.

Dr. Rabie Al Rashdi graduated as a general nurse from the UK in 1987 before joining the Sultan Qaboos Military Academy from which he graduated as an Officer and then returned to UK to specialize in Accident and Emergency, Flight Nursing, as well as Intensive Care. Worked as a Nursing Officer in various military hospitals and climbed up the professional career ladder to finally become the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) of the Armed Forces Medical Services, Oman. He served in this demanding post for over 12 years, then he was appointed as the Commandant (Dean) of AFMS School. Dr Rabie left the military healthcare services at the beginning of 2015 and is currently working as Planning and DevSelopment Expert in the Oman Academic Accreditation Authority where he is involved in strategic and Operational Planning; Development of Policies; Quality training and Audits; and Risk management. Dr. Rabie has a Masters Degree in Nursing and a Doctorate of Philosophy (PhD) from Napier University, Edinburgh (Scotland), with a focus on healthcare Human Resources Development and Management. He also holds a post doctorate diploma in strategic management and leadership from Oxford Business College, UK, as well as various leadership and management courses. To enhance his knowledge and expertise, Dr. Rabie teaches and presents in various nursing and healthcare subjects; evidence based practice; quality and patients safety issues; human resources development; and Business Studies. Dr. Rabie is a member of various professional bodies such as the United Kingdom Nursing & Midwifery Council; the Canadian Healthcare Accreditation Body (as a surveyor); the Oman Nursing Association; and the Omani Higher Education Quality Network (OQNHE) in which he was for 2 years a member of the executive committee. Dr. Rabie has a great interest in Higher Education and Healthcare Quality; Strategic Planning; Organizational Excellence; Human Resources Planning and Development; Patients Safety & Quality Care; Research & Evidence Based Practice; Healthcare Law & Ethics; and Professionalism.

Dr. Patricia K. Amado, received her undergraduate nursing degree from DeSales University (BSN), her master’s degree in nursing education MS(Ed), from Florida Atlantic University and her Ph.D. from Barry University. She is currently enrolled in an FNP program to enhance her clinical expertise. Areas of teaching include undergraduate and graduate courses across the curriculum as well as undergraduate student advisement and mentorship. Her research is focused on areas of breast cancer and creating healthy transition post-treatment. Dr. Amado is also recognized as a speaker in the nursing profession. She has spoken at international conferences and schools of nursing regarding her creation of liminal pathways in transitioning through chronic illness. Her research formed the basis of a concept analysis framework which she is developing to advance nursing practice. Past and present positions include Sigma Theta Tau, Delta Epsilon Iota International Honor Society and are an active member of the NLN and the ISNCC. Her most recent project is publishing her dissertation; The Lived Experience of Women with Breast Cancer During the Surveillance Phase of Recovery: A Hermeneutic Phenomenological Inquiry.

Dr. Aksana Waskosky has practiced as a neonatal nurse since 2007. She completed her bachelor’s degree at the University of Texas at Austin and received her Neonatal Nurse Practitioner and Master’s in Science of Nursing from the University of South Alabama. In 2013, she graduated with a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from the University of South Alabama and accepted a neonatal nurse practitioner position at University of Indiana where she still has been practicing as an NNP. She started teaching at the University of Indianapolis in 2016, and, currently, is a track coordinator of NNP program and a full time graduate faculty at the University of Indianapolis, Indiana. Dr. Waskosky has been published in the “Neonatal Network” journal, and, along with her colleagues, wrote a chapter in a Neonatal Pathophysiology for Advanced Practice Nurses textbook. She is passionate about her little patients and her students. She also loves to ice-skate, cook, and travel.

Dr. Carlos A. Archilla is the Chairman of the Anesthesiology Department at the Nemours Children’s Hospital in Orlando, Florida, USA. He graduated from the University Of Puerto Rico School of Medicine and completed his training in Anesthesia, Pediatric Anesthesia and Critical Care Medicine at the Johns Hopkins Hospital. He is an Associate Professor at Florida State University and the University of Central Florida, College of Medicine. He is a frequent presenter and expert panelist at national and international meetings. He is a member of the American Society of Anesthesiologists and the European Society of Pediatric Anesthesia.

Dr. Alirio Martinho Belchior has Degree and Diploma in Nursing, had a post Graduate in Continued Care, a certificate in Practice Assessor and supervisor course, Degree in Advancing Renal Course Practice and Ph.D. in applied research in Preventive medicine, Public Health and Surgery from University of Santiago de Compostela. He also attended various seminar, conferences, training in Integrated quality management system and improvement of patient care and safety. He is presently working as Program Manager for Centre of Patient Experience and Staff Engagement, to improve Patient Experience across HMC hospital network. He is the UK Brand Ambassador for EDTNA/ERCA, BRS council member and ANNUK member. He is also the current President and CEO of the World Nurse Association. Alirio does research in nursing science and nephrology. He is also a verified reviewer of the article being published in the Journal of Kidney Care. He has more than 15 years of experience in the field of Nursing. Alirio has held posts as Clinic Manager for Fresenius Medical Care in UK and Diaverum UK and spend over a year doing education and training through Southeast Asia about dialysis, with a commitment to mentoring and encouraging junior members of staff and other allied professionals. He was the Chairman of the Board of a Humanitarian Association of Paramedics and Firefighters back in Portugal for more than 5 years.

Prof. Nevzat Tarhan became a Psychiatrist in GATA in 1982. He became a professor of psychiatry in 1996. In 1998, he became the representative of Turkey in Memory Center of America. As Tarhan closely observes the social life due to being a psychiatrist, he makes an accurate analysis of the social life and touches on the importance of "Community Psychology" in every media platform. Prof. Nevzat Tarhan has always targeted investment in people and used his material-spiritual resources towards this direction. He expresses through his actions that he will continue the same objectives until the end of his life, under his approach of the faith.
